We are the UK's leading high-street bookmaker with approximately 25% of LBOs in the UK. Our goal with Retail is to drive top-line growth through strong customer service, careful estate management and product range development, whist controlling costs to maximise profitability. We aim to maintain our position as the UK's number one Retail player through organic growth by increasing the estate on a net basis by 1-2% a year.
Online growth: top three in selected market. Our international expansion strategy is led by William Hill Online. We aim to grow our UK market share and to expand into new territories, particularly in Europe, using our strong brand name, sports-betting knowledge, market-leading gaming products and marketing expertise. We are concentrating our investment on a small number of priority countries where we aim to achieve a market-leading position and focusing on regulated markets that offer more certain opportunities.
Betting and gaming: Sports-betting-led with a full gaming proposition We are well recognised for our sports-betting expertise. We will continue to expand our sports-betting product range and to offer attractive pricing, as well as to provide a full range of gaming products to meet customers demands for an exciting gambling experience.
